Residential Real Estate in Urban Raleigh Neighborhoods
More and more these days, people are realizing that big houses located far away from everything are not very economical. Time is precious, so being close to work and entertainment are key. In addition, many people, myself included, desire a high quality home but without the square footage that typically comes with quality features. As such, many of these people flock to older homes because they were built to last forever, have the character, and are conveniently located in older neighborhoods that border downtown. These areas are walkable to retail and entertainment, bringing together the perfect union of home and community.
These neighborhoods are the areas that I have lived in, the areas that I run and bike through, and the areas that I would love to share with you as you learn about Raleigh.
Happy New Year!
With every new year comes an analysis of the previous year's sales. While many firms analyze the broader market, we specialize in walkable neighborhoods like Downtown Raleigh. We drill into things like which condo building gets the highest price per square foot. So if you have any questions about your neighborhood or other hyper local markets, shoot us a note! We always prefer to share information that is in demand.
